The recent blackout has been test of the Emergency Blackout System. Was it only a test? Will you be notified by the authorities of what to do in the case of an emergency? Where will we be told to tune in?

And the test results? Yes it is possible to turn off all of North America.

With strategically placed operatives in sensitive control areas, it seems all too possible. Given the expanse of the recent outage due to an "accident," its seems that a planned subversion of the whole power grid could be devestating, particular as part of a larger plan of attacks. Imagine the visual and psychological impact of even a rural detonation of a small nuclear device against a blacken sky.

Are armed forces able to respond during outages? Are emergency services significantly able to respond to concurrent disasters? Do we really need to know why the lights went out? Or should we be more interested in who has control and access to the switches. Are these targets hardened? Should they be staffed by the same ilk that man nuclear silos.

Was the space shuttle sabotaged? Is there a coverup?

There were earlier reports of foam striking the orbitor's left wing during launch that were dismissed by officals. Later reports of something striking the shuttle in space or during re-entry add to the speculations over it's demise.

Are they premature in dismissing a terrorist connection? What of the 'foreign passengers' on the shuttle? Are there sleepers in the space program? What about mission security?

The Israeli astronaut was reported to have taken aloft a copy of the Talmud given to him by whom? They ask me at the airport who packed my bags. Who packed his? Were the pages made of C-4?

Many also my have witnessed the Pakastani astronaut spread space food with her 'butter knife' during a space to ground broadcast. I can not even take my nail clipper on a plane! Remember the hijackers and their knives? Radar reports of the orbitor's erratic flight path before breaking up seems similar to the plane downed in Pennsylvania on 9-11. Was the shuttle also headed for the White House or Disneyland before being intentionally destroyed by friendly fire or action?

How does one explain to the parent's of the white friends you just dropped off from the church picnic why is there a police car pulling up in front of their house obviously following you. Even being invited to a birthday dinner at the mayor's house didn't save you from the embarassment of being followed, even you suited, with gift in hand. It's even harder to explain to your own mother why the detectives were following you home; You the Boy Scout? You the youth group president at a white church? You the honor roll student? Ah....YOU, The BLACK kid.

It's as insidious and as disarming as the first time that little 'white boy' who called me 'nigger'...It's yet another social conditioning that has caused the subcutaneous anger felt by me and other Afro-Americans (males in particular) however hidden.

As late as the mid 90's I was harrassed as a 'passenger' in a taxicab by a 'skinned head type' Elizabeth, New Jersey cop while just returning from a pre-op exam at the local hospital. He pulled up beside us at a light and began an angry locked stare fixed on me, never responding to my queries of what's up; attempting to provoke me as pointed out by the witnessing cab driver. The saddist thing is that the black female officer sitting next to him did nothing to stop it.

So you see why recent 'news' doesn't impress me. Rodney King was already old news for us when it happened. Whether it's gotten better or not, it's still hard for us to tell our children that all policeman are our friends as it should be; particularly when they don't look like us. Sadly we have learned through experience they all are not.

The only difference now is that I (we) don't care if others don't understand or get it. Either you will help us stop this aborant behaviour by a (sincerely hoped) minority of police...Or don't be surprised when otherwise law abidding "People act like criminals when treated like criminals." The LA riots will look like side show skeet shoot.

Kidneys, bone marrow, eyes, body fluids and the like are fast becoming commodities that are passing through the grey market from the black market to legitimate corporate marketing. The human body once worth $.97 in chemical and minerals will fast become a valuable commodity processed and sold for its parts and fluids.

Since donors are falling short of demand, organs are being taken from condemned criminals, stolen from kidnapped vacationers, and stolen from and sold by the disenfranchised proverty stricken around the world.

People and animals are being breed to provide insulin, bile, marrow and other blood products for regular harvesting like dairy cows. The legit sale of major organs will come to pass, putting at risk the improvished and disenfranchised.

Beware of the unexplained disappearance of the street homeless. They are the canaries in the coalmine of human organ harvesting.

Sleep with one eye open, especially if you having trouble paying your bills.
